Christmas has officially landed at Emerald Park!
Join us for the second year of Jingle Fest! The festivities are back, plus some surprises! Filled with magic and wonder, this new event is sure to delight and excite all ages.
An Emerald Park Jingle Fest ticket provides full day access so you can arrive at any time to enjoy the festivities at your leisure, including a walk through our Festive Fairy Woods light tunnel, a Christmas singalong on our Candy Lane Train, access to our Enchanted Entertainment Tent with snow and bubble fun, special performances, meet-and-greets with Christmas characters, Santa letter posting, a fun-filled festive live show in our Big Top Tent, full access to our zoo, playground and over 10 rides & attractions in our Jolly Junior Zone!
A visit with Santa Claus can also be added to your festive day out. This includes a magical visit and a special Christmas coin that can be redeemed in our present room for a gift. Santa Claus visit is optional and additional charges apply. Please select your preferred ticket option at checkout.

Your magical winter adventure begins the minute you arrive to Emerald Park. Check into the cosy admissions building and set off to discover Jingle Fest, be sure to spot our special Elf cams along the way!

As you continue along your adventure, enjoy some singing friends, and look on in awe and wonder as you find yourself within the Festive Fairy Woods light tunnel.

Making your way into our Jolly Junior Zone, warm up those vocal cords as you take off on the Candy Lane Train for a special Christmas singalong with the conductor. All I want for Christmas is Choo! 🚂
Jolly Junior Zone 🎠
Magic is certainly all around.. enjoy our Pow Wow playground and over 10 rides & attractions in our Jolly Junior Zone, for as long as you like during your winter adventure. Visit our Enchanted Entertainment Tent for meet-and-greets with Christmas characters, scheduled live performances, and snow and bubble fun in between. Don't forget to post your letter to Santa!

It’s the question everyone is wondering, am I on the naughty or nice list? Head to The Lodge to meet with Santa Claus! Santa will give each good girl and boy a special Christmas coin to exchange in our present room for a wonderful Christmas gift. Santa Claus visit is optional and at an additional cost. Jingle Fest is a magical seasonal experience, and we want to help you make the most of your day. Please take a moment to review the information below so you can plan ahead and enjoy everything on offer.
Booking Information: Pre-booking is essential. Tickets that include a Santa visit will not be available to purchase on the day.
What’s Open: While our Adventure Zone attractions and Tír na nÓg will be closed, there’s still plenty to enjoy, including the Jolly Junior Zone, playgrounds, and zoo.
Jingle Fest activities run daily from 11:00am to 7:00pm, except on 21st November and 23rd December, when the park closes at 5:00pm.
Times to Note
• Zoo & Playgrounds: Close at 4:00pm. If your Santa visit is later than 4:00pm, we recommend arriving earlier, so you have time to enjoy these areas.
• Jolly Junior Zone Rides: Open from 10:30am to 6:30pm.
• The Lodge Restaurant: Open daily from 11:30am to 6:30pm (last entry 6:00pm). If your Santa visit is after 5:00pm, please ensure any pre-purchased meal vouchers are redeemed before your visit time.
Santa Visit Check-In: Please arrive at Santa’s Grotto check-in (located on The Lodge Patio) 20 minutes before your allocated Santa visit time.
With a little planning, you’ll be able to enjoy all the festive fun that Jingle Fest has to offer!
On the day
Wrap up tight! Wear your winter warmers as this is an outdoor event.
Jingle Fest, is guaranteed four hours of fun! Including a Santa visit, the entire event is roughly 4 hours 30 minutes.
Food, drink and shopping
Warm up at The Lodge, which will be open for a delicious carvery daily until 6.30pm. For something sweeter, Sweet Station, and our ice cream parlours will be open. Grab some special festive souvenirs in our Gift Shop. Throughout the Jolly Junior Zone, there will also be tasty surprises including gingerbread making, arts and crafts, reindeer food making*!

Photos
We have professional photographers available to take your photo in different areas around Jingle Fest. There will also be a photographer available to take your photo with Santa.
Photos are collected and paid for in the Main Gift Shop in the Admissions Building. Peak collection time is 5:00pm–6:30pm, where queues may be up to 30 minutes. We recommend collecting your photos earlier. Pre-booked photos must be redeemed on the day of your visit and cannot be stored.
Photo’s are not covered in ticket price. Save on your photos when you book in advance. Photo’s will be charged full price on the day of your visit.
Additional needs
We have reserved specific Santa time slots for guests with additional needs. During these times, we will have reduced visitor numbers to allow guests to enjoy at their own pace.
- One carer will be given free admission if accompanying a child with additional needs.
- This is not a sensory session; music levels and interaction will remain as per usual.
- On the day of visit, suitable documentation for the guest with additional needs must be presented. You can find full details in our additional needs policy. Otherwise, full price will be charged.

How long should I plan to spend in Emerald Park to enjoy Jingle Fest?
Guests are welcome to stay as long as they like during operating hours. However, we recommend allowing at least 3–4 hours to make the most of your visit and enjoy our festive activities, rides, and attractions.
Please Note : If you have booked a visit to Santa , please allow additional time either before or after you visit to make use of Jingle Fest activities. Please refer to park opening times.

What are the park opening hours during Jingle Fest?
Emerald Park is open from 10:00am to 7:00pm daily during Jingle Fest.*
The Jolly Junior Zone opens at 10:30am and closes at 6:30pm each day.
Jingle Fest activities run from 11:00am until the park’s official closing time of 7:00pm.
The Lodge Restaurant is open from 11:30am to 6:30pm daily during Jingle Fest.
* Please note: On Friday 21st November and Monday 23rd December, the park will close earlier at 5:00pm. -
My Santa visit is later in the evening. Will there still be activities for us to enjoy before we meet Santa?
Yes! There is lots to do in the lead-up to your Santa visit.
Please note that if your Santa time is after 5:00pm, we strongly recommend arriving earlier so you can enjoy the Jingle Fest activities before your visit. This ensures you don’t miss out on anything in case of delays, as Jingle Fest will finish at 7:00pm (and at 5:00pm on November 21st and December 23rd).

Where is the Santa visit located and what time should I arrive ?
The Santa Visit is located in Santa’s Grotto beside the Lodge. Guests must arrive to Santa’s Check in area 20 minutes before their allocated Santa visit time. Santa’s check in Marquee is located on The Lodge patio opposite the Pow wow playground.
Please be advised that this area is a 15 minute walk from the Admission building so leave plenty of time !

Can I purchase photos with Santa?
Yes! You can pre-book your Santa photo in advance when booking or purchase it on the day of your visit.
Your photo will be taken during your Santa visit and can then be collected and paid for in the Main Gift Shop located in the Admissions Building.
Please note the following:

Peak collection times are between 5:00pm and 6:30pm, and wait times may be up to 30 minutes. We recommend collecting your photos earlier in the day to avoid delays.

All rides will operate weather permitting and may close in heavy rain or adverse conditions. All attractions are subject to height and weight requirements.
*These attractions will close at 16:00.
In addition to our attractions, our zoo, zoo experiences and Pow Wow Playground will be open, and we will have a number of festivities throughout Jingle Fest.

I want to experience the magic of Jingle Fest and I want to visit Santa.
No problem! We have two ticket options for Jingle Fest. One does not include a Santa visit and one does. Without a Santa visit, guests can enjoy all the festive fun we have to offer at a reduced rate. Please double check you are selecting your preferred ticket option at checkout.

Will Tír na nÓg and Cú Chulainn be open?
Our Adventure Zone area and Tír na nÓg will be closed during the event. This includes rides such as Na Fianna Force, The Quest, Cú Chulainn, Viking Voyage, Flight School, Power Surge, The Rotator and more. You can view a full list of attractions in our Thrill Zone here.
Our Junior Zone, zoo, and playgrounds will be open to enjoy.

Can you use pre-purchased tickets to book Jingle Fest?
Pre-paid tickets cannot be used in conjunction with Jingle Fest. Tickets with the reference “TA / TW / TL / TWL” are for general entry only.
