Easter has officially cracked open at Emerald Park!
Join us for an egg-cellent day at one of Ireland’s largest Easter Egg Hunts!
Guided by our delightful Easter characters, bounce your way throughout our Zoo and Junior Zone hunting eggs and collecting stamps en route to a delicious chocolate treat!

Entry to Hop & Hunt is included with all park entry tickets on April 16th – 20th. Enjoy our open attractions and explore our zoo before hopping off to experience Hop & Hunt in the park. Remember, avail of our early bird rate of up to 20% off when you book your tickets before midnight the night before you visit!

After collecting all the eggs and stamps, visit the Chocolate Station at The Lodge with your map to receive a tasty chocolate treat!

When is Hop & Hunt on?
Hop & Hunt will run from April 16th – 20th, between 11:00 – 16:00 each day.

What attractions are included in the Hop & Hunt?
Our Junior Zone and Thrill Zone attractions will be open during Hop & Hunt. You can view a full list of open attractions here.
All rides will operate weather permitting and may close in heavy rain or adverse conditions.
All attractions are subject to height and weight requirements, further information can be found on individual attraction pages.

What ages is the event suitable for?
We recommend ages between 4-10 most suited for Hop & Hunt, however, there is plenty of fun and exploring to be enjoyed by all ages of the whole family at the park and at the event.

How much is the Hop & Hunt?
Admission to the Hop & Hunt is of no additional charge to a park entry ticket. Any day entry tickets purchased for the below dates will include free access to the event. Remember, to avail of our early bird rate of up to 20% off, be sure to book your tickets before midnight, the night before you visit.

Do I need to book the Hop & Hunt event online?
No, all day tickets purchased for April 16th – 20th, will grant free entry to Hop & Hunt. No additional booking is required. However, please book all Emerald Park entry tickets in advance online. To avail of our early bird rate of up to 20% off, tickets must be purchased before midnight, the night before your visit.

Can you use pre-purchased tickets to book the event?
Yes pre-paid tickets can be used against your ticket entry.

Are tickets refundable?
While tickets are non-refundable, date changes will be facilitated where possible, subject to availability. However we recommend checking whether the Hop & Hunt event will be running on your newly selected dates.

Where is Hop & Hunt?
Hop & Hunt will begin beside the Spiral Mound in our park. We are located in Ashbourne, County Meath. Just 30 minutes from Dublin.
