Park accessibility

We want everyone to experience the joy and wonder that comes from a visit to Emerald Park.

Emerald Park visitors

We welcome and encourage visits by guests with additional needs. As members of The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), we will do everything possible to ensure all guests have a safe, fun-filled, experience when visiting us.

Your health and safety

Certain rides and attractions can be physically demanding and vigorous and as such we reserve the right to refuse admission should we feel there is a danger to individuals. We have been advised that refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination. We hope that our guests understand and accept the decisions made in the interests of safety.

Queue Assist Pass
We want everyone to enjoy their visit to Emerald Park! That’s why we can offer Queue Assist Passes to guests with additional needs who may have difficulty waiting in busy queues for attractions.
