We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with outstanding communication skills to join our Admissions and Guest Experience team!

Our team is dedicated to delivering engaging and unforgettable guest experiences. Team members will have the opportunity to interact with every guest, making a passion for exceptional customer service indispensable.

Role & responsibilities

At Emerald Park, every day is unique. You’ll have the chance to engage with guests, solve challenges, and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences. Our team thrives on teamwork, positivity, and a shared passion for making every guest feel welcome.

As a seasonal team member in our Admissions Department, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming Guests with a warm smile and providing helpful information about their visit.
  • Processing Bookings at admissions tills quickly and efficiently.
  • Promoting Memberships to guests and explaining their benefits.
  • Handling Guest Feedback, resolving inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Providing support in administrative and communication tasks.

Where You’ll work:

  • Admissions tills and kiosks.
  • Membership Sales Office.
  • Welcoming guests at entrances and assisting at the exit gates.
  • Supporting the Bookings & Enquiries team.
  • Helping with exciting seasonal events.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be 17 years or older by March 29th, 2025.
  • Prior work experience is not a requirement and we welcome individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time.
  • This is a seasonal contract position. Estimated start date March 29th – September 28th, 2025. Contracts may be extended.

  • Are enthusiastic, approachable, and organized.

Candidates with previous experience in cash handling, customer service, and EPOS sales will be considered favourably but not a prerequisite.

Full training will be provided to team members before commencing their work with the Admissions & Guest Experience Team.
