Bookings & Enquiries team   

€13.50 p/h   

Role & responsibilities

As a key player on our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promptly responding to sales, bookings and general inquiries via phone and email.
  • Processing booking transactions efficiently.
  • Overseeing the sale of all packages and events organized in Emerald Park.
  • Recording and reporting on communication data and trends
  • Engaging with Emerald Park guests prior to their visits, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Areas of work

  • Bookings & enquiries office in Emerald Park.
  • Assisting with the Admissions team if needed.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be 17 years or older by March 29th, 2025.
  • Prior work experience is not a requirement and we welcome individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time.
  • This is a seasonal contract position. Estimated start date March 29th – September 28th, 2025. Contracts may be extended.

  • Clear and effective oral and written communication.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.

Previous experience with reservation and bookings is a bonus but not necessity.

Full training will be provided to team members before commencing work with the Booking & Enquiries team.
