Come and work with us as a Car Park Attendant, as we head into our most exciting season yet!

This role means you will be the first point of contact for all guests who visit Emerald Park and are responsible for setting a friendly and fun tone for the day. You will be expected to work well under pressure and respond quickly to unforeseen events.

This role requires someone who is very alert to any potential Health & Safety hazards and who is always aware of what is happening in their surroundings.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for parking large volumes of cars during peak season.
• Direct vehicles to available spaces and manage parking flow.
• Carry out foot patrols of the car park during quieter periods of the day.
• Monitor and manage traffic entry and exit to the carpark.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and resolving parking issues.
• To be knowledgeable on the park’s offerings and events; to relay this information to guests.
• Ensure the car park and park entrance are kept clean and tidy.
• Identify and report any potential Health & Safety concerns.

Areas of work

• External car park at Emerald Park.

Requirements

• Applicants must be 17 years or older by March 29th, 2025.
• Prior work experience is not a requirement and we welcome individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time.
• This is a seasonal contract position. Estimated start date March 29th – September 28th, 2025. Contracts may be extended.
