Come and work with our Park Presentation Team, as we head into our most exciting season yet!

This is a hugely varied and rewarding role where the Park Presentation team is responsible for ensuring that Emerald Park makes a lasting and positive impression on each guests experience.

Role & responsibilities

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and using their own initiative, who pays close attention to detail and enjoys being pro-active within their role. These roles also include maintaining clean, and safe working environments for other team members, while also being responsible for hygiene standards in food eating areas such as staff canteens and restaurants.

Early start times of 8am and late finishing times of 9pm will be required.

Indoor Tasks

General tasks include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning of offices
• Cleaning of indoor retail buildings and concession units
•  Cleaning of toilets
• Monitoring and regularly inspecting toilets and maintaining high standards of hygiene

Outdoor Tasks

General tasks include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the ground, pathways and outdoor eating areas are well maintained, clean and tidy.
• Collecting and removing any dirt, debris, or litter
• Raking and sweeping of any public pathways
• Identifying and reporting any potential Health & Safety issues
• Monitoring waste and collecting bin units as required
• Carrying out light maintenance duties as needed

Areas of work

• All outdoor areas within Emerald Park.
• All bathrooms and indoor buildings.

Requirements

• Applicants must be 17 years or older by March 29th, 2025.
• Prior work experience is not a requirement and we welcome individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time.
• This is a seasonal contract position. Estimated start date March 29th – September 28th, 2025. Contracts may be extended.

Skills

The ideal candidates will possess:

• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• The ability to work in a physically demanding environment during all weather conditions
• Being able to use your own initiative , being able to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with all teams across the park and go that extra mile.

Full training will be provided to team members before commencing their work with the Park Presentation Team.
