Park accessibility

We want everyone to experience the joy and wonder that comes from a visit to Emerald Park.

Welcome to Emerald Park

At Emerald Park, we are committed to creating an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We warmly welcome visitors with additional needs and strive to ensure that everyone can enjoy a safe, comfortable, and fun-filled day in the park.

We work closely with a number of additional needs and accessibility advocacy groups, and continuously review our processes based on guest feedback. We are always happy to listen and, where possible, make positive changes that enhance the experience for all.

As members of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), guest safety is always our top priority. Some rides and attractions can be physically demanding, and for safety reasons, there may be occasions where access is restricted if we believe there is a risk to a guest’s wellbeing. We appreciate your understanding that any such decisions are made with safety in mind and in the best interests of all our visitors.
