Where can you use gift cards?
Gift cards can be redeemed are redeemable towards Entry tickets, Emerald Park memberships or will be accepted as payment at any Official Emerald Park food, beverage, or retail outlet. External venders or pop-up outlets may be excluded.
Emerald Park gift cards are valid for 5 years from date of purchase.

Gift card T&C’s
- From December 1st 2024 Emerald Park Gift cards are valid for 5 years from date of purchase. After this period, the card cannot be used to purchase any items, and any used balance will be lost and will not be recoverable by the cardholder under any circumstances. - Emerald Park Gift cards are redeemable online on www. Emeraldpark.ie or in Emerald Park during operational hours. They are redeemable towards Entry tickets, Emerald Park memberships or will be accepted as payment at any Official Emerald Park food, beverage, or retail outlet. External venders or pop-up outlets may be excluded.
- Emerald Park Gift vouchers can be used for full or part payment. No change will be given, and any remaining balance will stay on the gift card.
- Emerald Park Gift Cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Emerald Park is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
- Physical Gift Cards will be sent to the delivery address stated on the individual order. Orders sent by Registered post will require a signature on arrival.
- Digital Gift Cards will be sent to the email address stated in the individual order. Dispatch will usually be immediate but could be up to 48 hours after receipt of payment.
- Physical Gift Cards will normally be dispatched within three working days unless a specified delivery period is stated. However, during busy periods dispatch can take up to 7 working days.
- Emerald Park has the right to amend gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time.

Lost or forgotten gift cards
Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Emerald Park is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards
To redeem an Emerald Park gift card you must have the physical gift card or proof of the online gift card on the day of your visit. We cannot accept payment confirmation as proof of a gift card.
Gift cards cannot be reprinted for security reasons, so we will be unable to reproduce a gift card that you have previously purchased.
If you have forgotten a gift card, we would advise you to pay entry as normal and flag this with a team member. They will copy your purchase receipt and if you can present the gift card within 24 hours we can refund you and redeem the balance from the gift card instead.

Will my Tayto Park gift card still be valid?
From January 2023, we have officially rebranded and are now known as Emerald Park. All gift cards purchased under Tayto Park will remain valid and be honoured by the park.
