Terms and Conditions 2026

• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to park opening days and hours. Emerald Park will close on 23 December 2026 and reopen in 2027 (dates subject to change). Membership validity is not extended for seasonal closures.
• Membership is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. It may only be used by the named and photographed member(s). Only members listed on the card will be admitted and issued a wristband. Memberships used by anyone other than the named member will be retained and cancelled without refund. Guests entitled to free entry (e.g. carers) may be added to membership free of charge; appropriate supporting ID/documentation is required. Valid photo ID is required for processing or amending memberships.
• A photograph is required for all members. Memberships cannot be activated without a photo. By purchasing membership, you consent to your photograph being stored for identification purposes. Membership cards will be scanned on entry, and the member photograph will be visible to staff for validation.
• Each membership must include at least one adult aged 18+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times. Unaccompanied minors will be refused entry.
• All members must pre-book their visit online in advance. A deposit is taken at the time of booking and will be released on the day of your visit (subject to attendance). Member visit allocation operates on a first-come, first-served basis and availability may be limited on peak dates. Advance booking is strongly recommended. Members are not entitled to refunds for full-price tickets purchased while holding a valid membership.
• Last admission to the park is one hour prior to official closing time, unless otherwise determined by management.
• Membership is subject to date restrictions. Additional charges may apply for certain themed or special event dates at a reduced member rate. Restricted dates include, but are not limited to, Halloween events, Christmas events, and other special or third-party hosted events. Membership cannot be used in conjunction with Emerald Park promotional packages such as but not limited to school tours, corporate or hotel packages, special event tickets, promotional offers, or seasonal event tickets.
• Any changes to membership (other than initial purchase or renewal) must be requested by the main contact listed on the membership. A completed amendment form and valid ID are required.
• Memberships may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or used for commercial gain. Any misuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions will result in cancellation without refund. Emerald Park reserves the right to amend membership benefits, pricing, or terms at any time without prior notice, and reserves the right to cancel membership without refund where misuse or breach of terms is identified. Members should retain proof of purchase.
• If Emerald Park is required to close due to circumstances beyond its control, no refunds will be issued. Emerald Park is not responsible for any associated costs such as travel or accommodation expenses. Rides and attractions are subject to availability and may close due to operational requirements, maintenance, weather conditions, special events, seasonality, safety considerations, or other circumstances deemed necessary by management

• Membership card must be presented and in date at the time of purchasing a ticket or an item.  Membership card number without the card  or  Photocopies or names on memberships will not be accepted.
• No refunds will be issued in respect of producing membership card at a later time/date.
• 20% discount on retail/food & beverage is subject to fair usage. This discount will be applied to full price items only.
• 20% discount on retail/food & beverage will only apply to those named and photographed and will be limited to the amount of people per membership.
• Membership benefits exclude external vendors, such as Twisted Chip, Sausies, Freestyle Beverages and Paid for Games.
• If there is any doubt on likeness in photos, guest will be advised to visit the admissions department to update account details.

• Receipts are only valid for date of purchase and visit and will not be extended. Receipts must be booked under one of the named adults on memberships.
• A copy of your physical receipt that is issued on the day of your visit, must be presented at the time of membership purchase. Photocopies/pictures are not accepted. Email booking confirmation is not considered a valid receipt. The physical receipt issued upon check in from day of visit is required.
• A maximum of 1 visit receipt can be used against the cost of membership. The receipt must be from the date that you choose to set up your membership. Multiple receipts/visits will not be accepted.
• Membership upgrade will be “like for like”, e.g., if you purchase 6 tickets for your visit but only wish to upgrade to a 4-person membership, the maximum reduction in cost will be the ticket price for 4 persons.
• Membership upgrade can only be used towards full price membership and does not apply to promotions. Only full priced tickets can be used towards a membership upgrade. Discounted Tickets or Promotional Offers (Prepaid Promotional Tickets, School Tours, Black Friday Tickets, Seasonal Events, Hotel Tickets, Group Visits and Other Promotional Offers) cannot be used towards an upgrade

In 2026, Emerald Park is partnering with a selection of other European theme parks in order to give our valued members more benefits with their Emerald Park membership.

Under this partnership, Emerald Park members will have the ability to use their membership card to gain entry for one free visit to these other European theme parks.

Our European Partners for 2026 include:

• Blackpool Pleasure Beach (United Kingdom)
• Isla Mágica (Spain)
• Europa Park* (Germany)

We hope to partner up with many more amazing theme parks so watch this space!

*A membership card equates to entry for a maximum of 6 guests to Europa Park and does not include entry to Rulantica Waterpark . If there are more than 6 guests on a membership card, they will need to pay the balance for entry. Emerald Park members do not need to book their visit to Europa Park in advance.

Isla Mágica does not include entry Agua Mágica Waterpark
